We can see that you submitted your listing on the 13/03/2019 and it was made active on the 14/03/2019. Our support team also reached out to you on the 14th to advise you of some changes that you may wish to make to your listing along with the automated email you receive when your listing is made live. I apologise if this never reached you. Please contact support@transfertravel.com if you would like us to forward this through to you again.

When you submit a listing, you are advised that it can take up to 24 hours for it to be verified and appear on the website. You can access your listing by signing back into your account and visiting your dashboard.

If you require further assistance to locate your listing, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are on live chat between 9am - 5:15pm (GMT) Monday to Friday.

As we are a travel marketplace that simply provides the platform for our users to advertise and sell their unwanted or unusable travel plans, there is unfortunately no guarantee that a listing will always sell, as this depends on a host of variables and factors. We do our utmost to help publish and promote a listing, though ultimately it requires a buyer looking for that specific travel package in order to make the sale a possibility, which is never a guarantee and varies from listing to listing.
