Thank you for being our guest and travelling with Trafalgar.

Thank you for choosing Trafalgar for your travel experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to read that, overall, you enjoyed the tour, the company of your fellow travellers and the care provided by the local safari team. We also appreciate your recommendation, while recognising the reservations you have shared. We are sorry to read about the communication issues you experienced before and during your trip. We understand how disappointing it must have been for the promised pretravel information not to reach your group, particularly regarding accommodation changes, specific instructions and the arrangements for Optional Experiences. Receiving accurate and timely information is an important part of feeling prepared and confident before travelling. We also regret the confusion caused by changes to your overnight accommodation that were not communicated to the group. We appreciate how frustrating it can be to discover that the itinerary you received does not reflect the arrangements in place. Your experience with the airport transportation following your extension is also concerning. We understand your frustration at being unable to receive assistance once your trip had begun and subsequently having to pay for transportation that you understood to be included. We are sorry that this situation left you feeling unsupported, particularly after you had contacted us for assistance. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the additional costs during the trip. We understand that, when guests have already made a significant investment in their holiday, unexpected or frequent additional expenses can affect their overall perception of value. Your feedback regarding Optional Experiences and other costs will be shared with the relevant teams. It is encouraging to read that the itinerary itself and the relationships you built with your fellow travellers contributed positively to your experience. We are also pleased to read your kind comments about the Somak Safaris team and the patience, knowledge and care they demonstrated throughout your journey. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable in helping us identify where communication, pre travel information and on tour support can be improved, and we are sorry that these shortcomings affected your confidence in Trafalgar.
