Accurate scales i have ever used . Had the Ruben Heaton 7000 but these are a step forward. Highly recommend them to anyone

Purchased 3 x Greys Aircurve rods, clearly no quality check was carried out prior to despatch, on review of my order paint was coming off the guides and also guides were bent... TFT booked collection...

We are very sorry to hear that the rods you received did not meet the quality standards you rightly expected. Receiving products with damaged and bent guides is unacceptable, and we understand your disappointment.
We would also like to sincerely apologise for the failed collection. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to take a day off work and wait in all day, only for the carrier not to arrive as scheduled. While the collection is handled by a third-party courier, we recognise that this reflects on the service you received from us and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Your comments have been shared with both our warehouse team and the carrier so that we can review what went wrong and help prevent similar issues in the future.
We regret that this experience has left you feeling unable to purchase rods from us again, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
