I am really sorry to hear that your delivery did not arrive as expected. I have looked into this for you and can see that the delivery vehicle broke down on the Friday and our delivery partners delivered to you on their earliest opportunity once it was back on the road. I can only apologise that this wasn’t communicated to you better. We do try and keep all customers up to date when we are aware of delays. We have taken onboard your feedback in order to improve our service.

Although we use a third party to make our deliveries, we do expect them to represent us with regards to our high standards. I can’t see a record of this being reported at the time of delivery so please contact us with more details to allow us to investigate for you.

I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to you. We do try and get back to customers as soon as possible however during busy times this can take longer. Payment was taken for the orders placed on the same day and have since been refunded as requested, and as discussed with my colleague.
