Respond to customers quicker. It shouldn't take a week to deliver something which is in stock. I then contacted them through the website to purchase somthing else, they never even bothered to...

I ordered sample worktops, next day delivery i was told at least twice when i chased the order. 10 days later, samples arrived. Too late then as i had to go elsewhere. And i quite honestly wouldn't...

Helpful supplier
Great service from supplier - but very poor from shipping company - one worktop snapped in half, one with edge damage - Top Doors put things right but it should not have happen

The young lady who answered my call was very polite and extremely helpful, she told me I could order a sample online and talked me through the process

What a shambles!
Product and pric are good, I ordered a door, heard nothing for 10 days had two e-mails ignored had to make three phone calls, had four delivery dates, eventually 4 weeks late asked for a refund and...

I notice that your reviews are mainly similar to main and raise the same issues over the last six months or more you have replied to every negative review with the same comments. Clearly whatever it is you are doing to improve service isn’t working, it would appear that you just reply each time and nothing changes!

Poor service
After acknowledging my order I had to chase a month later to be told order would be with me in 2 days. Had to chase again a week later. Arrived 2 days later.
