Dear Mr Wright, I'm sorry to hear you do not feel our service and outcome were as you would have expected. I have reviewed your file and note it was opened in August 2023, concluding in December. I have also spoken to your file handler who explained the outcome has left you in a better position than prior to starting your claim. I am unable to locate any issues noted with our service during your claim. All feedback is important to TLW. I have sent you an email in response to your review. Dear Mr Wilcock, I'm sorry to hear on this occasion you feel our service was not what you expected it would be, based on a lack of contact. However, according to our records I am unable to find evidence that we failed to contact you until settlement. Our records show that your claim was started in June 2023 and concluded in early December. Within this period we had correspondence with you each month (except July) by letter, and/ or email, to which you have replied, with Lauren handling your claim, supported by Sophia and Jasleen.
