I have had some excellent plants from T and M, but sadly not these. They were so loosely packed in the tray that a number had escaped from their cells and were damaged beyond repair. The rest I potted

Hi, I'm sorry that your 36 perennials didn't come up to our usual high standards. They should have been securely in their cells so that they arrived in perfect condition. I'm sorry that they were so badly damaged. I have arranged for replacements to be sent out to you as soon as possible and by the end of September at the latest. I'm sure that your replacements will arrive in perfect condition and you'll be very happy with them. Kind regards, Anne

Plugs were 3 days in post one third dead, one third loose(out of plastic plug holder) and damaged by moving about. Only about 25% alive now.

So sorry to hear that your Perennials arrived damaged. I'm so sorry that they fell out of the cells and were damaged in transit. This falls well below our usual high standard. I have replaced the plants for you for despatch by the end of September when our next crop arrives from the nursery. Please accept my apologies for any disappointment caused by the poor quality damaged plants. Kind regards, Anne
