Unfortunately several rows of the plugs had come loose in the package and all of one of the plant species was rotting at the base of the stem. Only about 20% of the plants survived once planted.

So sorry to hear the plants arrived dislodged and were damaged as a result. I want to resolve this for you so have arranged for replacement packs to be sent out to you in September. We really value your feedback as we will take a closer look at the packaging used for delivering this product. Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to learn that your plants arrived in a poor condition. This is definitely not how we expect our plants to be received by our customers and I am glad you have brought this to our attention so we are able to rectify the matter. Accordingly, I have replaced the 36 Perennial Pack for delivery when our next batch is available, this is currently scheduled to be during September 2017. I hope this goes someway in reassuring you that we are committed to only supplying high quality plants.
