Poor Service all round

No confirmation of order, no customer service, abrupt, rude and very unhelpful staff in trying to find correct person to answer query. Staff don't seem happy. Not impressed at all, very poor.

My grandson l oves reading the comic. It is entertaining and educating without him realising the latter. Since he has had the comic his reading, and his will to read (rather than play computer games)...

My son is now 13 and on his fourth year of reading The Phoenix. Each year he's opted for a renewed subscription as his main Christmas presen, so he must love it!
