As pearls are natural gemstones, each one is unique and will vary in shape, size, and surface characteristics. The pearls used in these earrings are intentionally selected to have an organic, irregular shape rather than being perfectly round. That said, we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase. If the earrings are unworn, we would be delighted to exchange them for another pair or a different item. Although our standard returns and exchanges policy is 30 days, we would be happy to honour an exchange outside of this period in this instance if the earrings remain unworn.
