Overall good. Staff very pleasant but feel that using cheques for debt settlement payment out dated & attracts unnecessary additional costs for the person taking out the loan. What's wrong with bank...

Apologies that the funds were not distributed by transfer, unfortunately lenders all have different ways of doing this upon completion of a loan, but we'll certainly pass on your comments to your lender.
