Credit card statment for this purchase came through as from sister company MTS, this is confusing as it does not make it clear what the product was for.
BBQ never delivered and the support from customer services was very poor you wanted to keep my money for another week despite failing to provide the goods

We are sorry you experienced problems with your delivery, the courier did attempt the delivery on the day they were supposed to but no-one was home, although they did not leave a card we have checked the sat nav and it confirmed that he was outside your house on the day in question, all BBQ's have to be signed for as conformation that they are in good condition when they arrive with you, the order conformation explains this, the BBQ was out for delivery again but you called you were very rude to our staff and you asked us to cancel the order, which we did and we refunded this.
Good communication and fast delivery. Some parts were missing (not BBQ store fault), I contacted their customer service and this was dealt fast and efficiently.
I would definitely use them again.
