would recommend this company very efficient & well worth the money
Pick up from home deliver to ship and on return to home cannot find fault as I have been dealing with them for a number of years

We're sorry that you experienced damage to your case when using our service on the most recent occasion. We can assure you that the complaint was taken seriously and pursued with the courier service. As the investigation can take a period of time, we wanted to offer you compensation immediately from ourselves instead, so you weren't out of pocket until it was settled.
Fortunately, damage to cases is a very rare occurrence and we will always look to compensate our customers should this happen.
We hope you have the confidence to try our service again in the future

You'll be delighted to hear that we are putting more of our own vehicles on the road and now only collect approx. 5% of the cases using a courier.
