Hi, please check your setting on your device that the print options are set to ON. If you need the documents resending as a PDF file, please contact our the team directly. You can find the numbers here; https://www.theaa.com/help-support/contact-us

Once you have registered for an online account, you will be sent an email and you will need to click the link within the email to activate your account. The email address you enter needs to be exactly the same as when you registered, so for example if you used any capital letters.
