Arrived but nobody was waiting for me . After calling they sent someone in about 10 minutes. Not impressed with that. Apart from that the car and driver were good.

Good hotel to airport service

The booking was made easily. The price was reasonable. The driver was slightly early and he was very helpful .His driving was good So no problem.

Terrible service and reliability

Despite paying for a meet & greet there was nobody at the arrivals. I had to wait 50 minutes for the car to come and the driver kept ignoring the GPS and added 20 minutes to the journey.

We completely understand how frustrating this was for you, especially when you took the time to pre-book a transfer in order to have a smooth pickup.
