There was no communication from Tangible Stationary or the courier to inform me

You'll appreciate the Royal Mail have given us photographic evidence of the parcel at your door, we are very sorry that it has then gone missing from there. You'll appreciate as a small business, we are reliant on Royal Mail and in this instance, you have confirmed they got from Glasgow to your door. You have requested we resend of which we have agreed.
