Dear Nigel, many thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear about your experiences in Brussels. Unfortunately the Business Lounge is only available for Business Class travellers or Eurostar carte blanche holders. We apologise if we did not make this clear.

Very pleased with the TMR service.
