Thanks for altering us about the high CPU usage on the API gateway server. Much appreciated. I think we've resolved the issue for now and will be monitoring it over the next week.

ExcellentService - quick resolution to my problem.
Very good. Kerris kept me informed throughout and also gave me option to chat box instead of hanging on the phone. Which I appreciate with being very busy.
