I am sorry to hear of the delay with the Scarifier delivery. I can see it was despatched but was lost in transit with our couriers. The order was replaced and I am glad to hear it has finally arrived. I do apologise if you had to contact us on more than 7 occasions and for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do have a large team within our customer service department and I am sorry if your contact was dealt with by different operators.
