Cindy had rotting floor joists, beams and sinking floors ready to collapse due to high moisture over the years. It was riddled with mold and leaking pipes. This was a very big project that needed a ton of experience to remedy the cause of Cindy's problems and give her here beautiful home back. We spray foamed 6" of open cell spray foam in the attic. Before we did the spray foam production we removed 50 year old dirty loose fill cellulose insulation that was getting Gloria, Michael's wife sick. We had to spray disinfectant and scrub the attic ceiling/floor clean with deck brushes because it was so dirty. Just look at Michael's comments and you can see he's very happy. Thank you Michael and Gloria for trusting our recommendations.

MOISTURE problems personified. Three times Danny had to change out his floors from buckling,cupping or warping. Now Danny has a lifetime warranty and as our readers can see Danny is very happy.
Thank you Danny for trusting Sunlight Contractors because we know after installing floors 3X it was hard trusting any more contractors.
Our advice to all our readers is, don't take advice from anyone who isn't a licensed contractor in the field of work you are seeking.It's like going to a general practitioner for heart surgery, you just wouldn't do it. Google search "Find a Contractor" go to the LSLBC and find a licensed insulation contractor. Then go to sprayfoam.org and find a certified "Master spray foam installer in your area. Thank you Danny for all your wonderful comments and your trust.
