Waste of Time
Wasted my time. I didn't even get to stay at the hotel, so my credits were wasted and they won't refund me.

Hi Melody -
A photo ID and credit card for incidentals is standard across all hotel properties in order to check-in to protect the hotel however the hold is released at check-out as long as the room is in good condition. I know a hold is not ideal however given not all guests can be as great as you, the hotel does require a temporary hold just in case.
Thankfully, I'm glad our Concierge team was able to connect back with the hotel and advocate on your behalf to get you a partial refund of Suiteness credits towards your next booking with us. :-)

Yikes! I'm sorry the room was not in good condition and the staff was less than helpful. We'd never want any of our guests to receive a room anything less than what is expected.
It sounds like our Concierge Geoffrey notified the managers on-site and they were unable to come to your room when you were located inside. :-( For any on-site issues, the front desk is going to be your best and quickest option and we can definitely assist if you aren't able to get get in contact with anyone.
