Good listings. Easily found what I wanted.
That said, I would like to have seen more pictures from each of the hotels. That way I’d be more sure of my selection.

I’m very sorry that you felt as though the post-booking service we provided didn’t meet your expectations. We’re always striving to exceed each of our guest’s expectations as well as anticipate their travel needs to help create a memorable travel experience. The destination you’re traveling to was recently added to the site and we’re in the process of creating ground transportation partnerships to meet our guests needs similar to the service we provide in larger markets. In this type of situation, we typically suggest that our guests consider using one of the popular internet ridesharing services or exploring the shuttle service offered by the hotel. Similarly, when a guest inquires about purchasing airfare, we explain that we don’t currently sale airfare on the site nor do we have any partnerships in place to offer this service.

I’m sorry to hear that the hotel didn’t have all of the amenities you were seeking for your stay though I’m glad to learn that you’re suite had a great view.
I was equally saddened when you reached out to us shorty after checking in to inform us about the hotel incorrectly charging you for the prepaid suite. I understand the frustration of having been requested to pay for the suite a second time. Once you contacted us about this issue, I was able to get ahold of a helpful guest agent at the hotel who acknowledged the mistake and applied the appropriate payment to your booking. We’re working closely with the hotel to ensure that doesn’t happen again. Suiteness believes that you deserve a trouble free stay so we have issued you non-expiring credits to book with us again so that we can make it up to you for the check-in issues you faced.
