Great stay at country inn with radisson
I rated 5 stars for how clean and nice it was and the check in guy was very helpful i would defiantly. Stay again and recommend

Really neat concept and Easy booking
Booking was great, my only feedback would be to have additional search features on amenities (e.g. does the suite or set of rooms have kitchen facilities).

I am so sorry about this entire experience. I'm glad we were able to connect immediately through our in-app feature, text, and phone to resolve this issue for you as soon as we were notified. We weren't able to locate a voicemail on our end from this morning - we return every missed call as soon as possible so if you are ever not able to connect with a Suiteness concierge quickly, please send us a friendly reminder so we can make sure nothing is slipping between the cracks.
Guest experiences are our top concern and anything less than ideal is unacceptable. Thanks for responding and helping fix things. I know calls and voicemail aren’t infallible but your having been responsive and helpful once you realized that that occurred was admirable
Thanks again. While I still wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, I would recommend and use Suiteness again myself.
