I used the service because you are partners with affirm. Other then that ur company really don't do anything out of the ordinary. However I do appreciate that partnership. It really helped me out....

As a growing start-up, we're definitely focused on getting as many suites as possible for our guests and the best rates. I'm so sorry we were not able to assist with the early check-in request as well as the incidental hold at hotels however we do work with hotels as close as possible to accommodate those when available.

Amazing customer service
Had a question right after I booked. Was able to speak with a representative right away. Great customer service. She even gave me options to set up an airport limo pick-up.

Planning for a trip is a huge task and the last thing we'd want to do is add onto that. I actually spoke with you during your search and we found the root of your problem which seemed to be a bug on our website that our development team is working on. I'm really sorry that it took so much time to figure out the cause of this (mostly because it has never happened before!) and I'm thankful you were patient enough to help me discover this. We definitely don't want you or other guests facing this (as well as other Concierges.) It was definitely confusing for me to understand what was happening which is why we looked into it immediately after.
