I didn’t receive the discount for booking 2 consecutive nights. I spoke with a concierge when I was having difficulty with my booking going through.

I'm happy to address the confusion as I took a look into your reservation as soon as your review came in. We would offer best available pricing for all of our suites at this time and would not have any additional promotions or discounts on top of anything seen on Suiteness. Any promos would automatically be taken into the price already. It looks like you selected a rate plan and were able to take advantage of the discount that was already added into the total.
I can see how that can be confusing however happy to report that you definitely secured in a lower rate. :-)

Your website states receive an additional 15 % discount for staying 2 consecutive nights, it doesn’t state that the discount is already reflected in the current rate plan. I feel the wording is misleading and should definitely be cleared up.

I see that now, I'm really sorry about that. It is really confusing and I'll send that feedback over to our product team to see how we can make that more apparent.
We include any available discounts or rates into our totals at all times so there's no math to do on your end, and what you agree to on the check-out page is the exact amount getting billed to your credit card bill.

Awesome room at the Bellagio!
We had an amazing experience at the Bellagio. The room was unbelievable! The entire experience was seamless and we will be using Suiteness again next month!
