All of the staff were extremity helpful in helping me choose a hotel to meet our needs and booking our room for our 50th birthday celebration girls trip!

I love the suites that are available. I usually stay at Hilton or Marriott. The ease of suiteness is a huge plus. I have used suiteness a number of times so far since discovering it 9 months ago.

Charged for room twice!!!
Hotel charged me for room because they said you guys didn’t pay for it when you already took the money out of my account gotta love paying twice for 1 night.....

So sorry for the issue - It looks like there was a mistake at check-in in which you were charged directly. I've spoken to the hotel and had them charge us for your reservation and refund you directly. Again, I am so sorry about that issue as that should not have happened! I've sent you a personal email as well on this - we always want you to have the best stay and hope that you reach out should we be able to assist with anything else.

Hello Jeanna, The new email arrived straight to my inbox - Thank you very much.
I looked everywhere for other email you believe was sent (spam, other folders etc) and it wasn't received. Because I didn't receive that initial email and was concerned that the reservation was not confirmed. I called the hotel directly several days later and they verified the two rooms were reserved so no worries there. I did, however, ask to confirm the two rooms were connecting (which was how the rooms were described when I booked on Suiteness.com). The attendant said he didn't see that they are but would put a "request in" for connecting rooms.
Is that something Suiteness was planning on doing later? I'll email the concierge like you suggest above but wanted to mention this as well in the feedback since the email confirmation doesn't mention connecting rooms, and the hotel staff member I spoke was also unfamiliar with the request.

So glad you received that! In regards to your connecting suites, our team works with the internal team at the hotel to have those connected for you - I have called over and had those arranged with one of their agents already so I apologize for any other information given by the hotel staff member you spoke to!
We guarantee that connection so our team will be following up with them periodically and on your arrival day to ensure all is set.

The customer service agent that I was speaking to was consistent was constant and never dropped the ball , to me that is key when using a service for the very first time you want the best definitely...

Good service, but no confirmation
It was good but I never received any sort of confirmation aside from the page on the website. Sending a text or email would be great.
