Easy and convenient
Easy registration and check out. I do have a few questions about my rooms and whether it was two beds per room, but overall a good experience.

Hello - our team calls the hotel after booking, before your stay, and also day of arrival to work with the hotel team to ensure your suites are connected :) I have notations that our team has already contacted them a couple times, and we will also be calling on your day of arrival to make sure those are all set! I appreciate your feedback and please feel free to reach out to our concierge team anytime with questions or if you need assistance. Thanks!
