Didn't get room promised
Didn't actually get the room type promised for the first night. Appreciate how it was handled but nonetheless I didn't get the suite and that was the whole point.

Trusted Customer, Suiteness hakkında ne dedi?:
Great experience
The customer service rep was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I could have booked directly through the hotel at a lower price, but was nice doing this one-stop shopping for suites.
