FANTASTIC
Allowing booking of inter-connecting rooms/suites on-line is FANTASTIC. Great service from Suiteness and the hotels they work with.

Hi Emma,
Thank you for letting us know that this issue was not appropriately resolved so I could fix it for you!
First and foremost I am so sorry that you had a less than ideal stay, I would never want our guests to have that experience! I have brought the issues you encountered to the hotel team and will work closely to ensure they do not happen again. As a token of the hotel's apology, they have issued a full refund for your stay. Additionally, I would like to offer you a 5% discount on your next Suiteness booking. I truly appreciate you giving us the chance to make this up to you and please don't hesitate to reach out if I can help with anything else!

Good service, would use again, actual room was not as shown in the photo
Good service, easy to use and good communication. Would likely use again. Only complaint is that the suite shown in the photo when I booked the Park Avenue suite (with a pool table and dinette area)...
