In response to your feedback, we are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your Universal 9000 Teapots. We pride ourselves on sourcing quality products to our customers and thus is the reason Stephensons has been supplying the best bars and restaurants since 1868. It therefore comes as a disappointment when we checked our remaining 14oz Teapots and noticed the problem you so kindly pointed out.
