I would like refund. I mailed shoes back as instructed. No refund was received. All the contact phone numbers are unanswered. The website is now offline.

Pairs for my daughters had to send two pairs back. Would be good for free return.

The delivery service could be much better. My parcel had arrived to Singapore on Monday, today is Wednesday but hasn’t been yet delivered to me. Aramex delivery is terrible.

We are very sorry to hear there was a delay in you receiving the item despite the parcel being in Singapore. We have usually found Aramex to be a very efficient courier. We will look into this for you and do our best to ensure this does not happen in the future.

The ordering and delivery is fine, but not happy at having to pay charges to send back, almost all places now have free returns! Would put me off ordering again from them!

All delivery and return information can be found on our website, should you have any queries before purchasing.
