Not so good when you’ve had your car for nearly 2 years and only paid off just over a grand as most of the money has gone on interest so got pretty much no where, wouldn’t use them again would...

As the interest is front loaded to the agreement, the ratio of interest to capital paid throughout the life of the agreement, is weighted as more interest at the start of the agreement. Ringing my place of work all the time when I dont answer for 5 mins, sky high rates, settlement figure never comes down terrible finance company poor customer service

Requested a early settlement figure on the website after 3 working days I still hadn’t heard anything back so had to contact you myself

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry you have had this negative experience. We always try and respond to our customers, as soon as possible. While our process allows up to 7 working days for us to respond to all email requests we do aim to send them out the same day where ever possible. I appreciate this may not have been the case for you. As stated this would certainly be an exception to the norm.
