Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry you have had this negative experience. We always try and reply to our customers, as soon as possible. While our process allows up to 7 working days for us to respond to all email requests we do aim to send them out the same day where ever possible. Due to the current pandemic, we are experiencing an unprecedented volume of enquiries which has at times led to longer waiting and response times than is usual.
