We got there in the end

Very slow start on the selling. Needed to concentrate on the good points and not worry about the not so good. At the end they pulled all the stops out to get things moving with the chain. nice...

Good communication which is vital when selling a property, but sometimes I wondered if negotiations could have been tighter. After all, the agent represents the seller who is paying the bill!
