Make the non bio ones smell better as my washing isn't coming out smelling like its been washed.

Hi sorry to hear you are disappointed with our fragrance. Fragrance seems to be a very personal thing. Whilst the majority of our customers love the smol signature scent there are a few people who prefer strong fragrances. Do you normally use a fragrance enhancer in your wash like a fabric softener or fragrance booster? If you do this may be why you feel smol isn't holding enough fragrance for you.

Delivery to the door!

Works as well if not better than my usual brand. Delivery to the door is perfect for me as I have arthritis and struggle to carry heavy shopping.

Loving smol! Love how its packed, locks safely which i love as i have children, and my washing is always clean! Having them delivered is perfect too!

Make increasing amount easier

I like the product but found it differcult to work out how to order more , I found that you have to make deliveries more frequent rather than increase the amount after spending a while trying to work...

A great product, kind to our clothes and skin. Washes my usual family washing with ease and all delivered to my home in a child safe packaging...I’m impressed + it doesn’t cos me a fortune

Fantastic product

Great product, I use the bio version and it gets the clothes really clean, smells nice too. Have been using for a few months now and plan to continue. I would definitely recommend to friends.
