Sorry that you have had a bad experience. Our packaging can be tricky as it has been especially created to prevent young children from getting access to the capsules. Sorry that you hurt your nail, we can assure you that it is one of those things which becomes a lot easier when you know how it works. In terms of the cancellation, it can be done in just one email but I can see the team did not have enough information from you to verify your account. We have a lot of customers and therefore we need to be sure that we cancel the right account for obvious reasons. Hi Lisa, thank you for or feedback. We are concerned that you are not getting the requited results on whites? We normally find our customers are really happy with smol performance on whites. We wonder if you have a larger machine and therefore need more than one capsule? Or if the washing is very dirty you may see improved results by adding an extra capsule?
