Regretting for signing up with them

I am shocked its been 6 days i have sent all the requested documents for claim but no answer. Everyday i call and they say she is not in today but will be in tomorrow. Next day the same.

Thank you for your response, I can see your claim was registered and an acknowledgment was emailed to you the next day, since then the Claims Handler you were dealing with has been on annual leave however their emails were checked and they could not see any email correspondence from yourself. Another Handler picked up the claim in their absence and spoke to the insurers who confirmed they emailed you one day after the receipt of the claim and that they will contact you directly to discuss further.
