Package has still not arrived. It has been “on the way” via UPS shipping since 6/15. Most likely not SME’s fault, but there should be follow up with UPS.

Thank you for your feedback! Carriers do not let shippers know if/when a package is delayed/lost, but we’re quick to find a resolution when we’re alerted by our customers.
