Thanks for your feedback Rebekah!  We always recommend that you give your new Sleepbear at least 30 nights to allow your body to fully adjust, and right all the wrongs of your old mattress.  However, it can take longer for some sleepers to adjust, depending on the age of the old mattress and the quality of the springs, which is why we offer the full 100 night trial. The feel of your Sleepbear will be quite different thanks to our unique combination of latex & memory foam being more supportive than the sprung mattress you had been used to sleeping on. We recommend a good quality mattress protector made from natural materials such as cotton, to work in harmony with the breathable latex in your Sleepbear (we don't recommend waterproof protectors). The same applies with your sheets and bedding; a natural duvet is more breathable than hollow fibre, and you should choose a duvet weight suited to the season, which is around 4.5 tog for this time of year.
