Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review although we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with the car park you used on this occasion. SkyParkSecure.com compare and book for hundreds of car parking services at the major airports in the UK, our offices are based in Blackpool and we don't own/operate the car parks or provide the service which is why there are two separate sections on the review form. I have checked our system and I am unable to locate any correspondence from you regarding your booking.
