Very good service! If the flight is delayed, they call you and organize immediately another date for picking up. Would travel with them again!

We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced during your return, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused.
We understand how upsetting it must have been to be given the wrong address, walk in extreme heat, and then still not receive the assistance you were expecting. Having to pay extra for a taxi in order to catch your flight is certainly not the level of service we want any of our customers to face.
Please be assured that we are currently looking into this matter in detail with our service supplier to understand exactly what went wrong and to ensure this does not happen again.
