We completely understand how frustrating it can be to arrive after a delayed flight and then have to wait further. Unfortunately, the waiting time occurred because a shared shuttle transfer was booked. Shared transfers operate on a schedule and require waiting for other passengers arriving on different flights, which can sometimes result in delays beyond our control.
That said, we truly regret the discomfort this caused and understand that it negatively impacted your arrival experience. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we will certainly take it into account to better inform future guests about what to expect with shared transfers.
