We are very sorry to hear about the situation on arrival, particularly given the safety concerns you described. We completely understand how distressing it must have been to be dropped off at a location that was a considerable distance from your hotel and then having to continue on foot along a busy road.
To clarify, the transfer you booked was a shared shuttle service. These services operate with pre-assigned pick-up and drop-off points determined by the transport supplier. As a result, they are not always able to provide door-to-door service, and hotels in certain areas are served via designated stops rather than direct hotel drop-off.
That said, we do understand your disappointment, especially given your circumstances, and we are very sorry that this was not made clearer or that the final drop-off point was not suitable for your needs. We also regret that this led you to cancel your return transfer with us.
Your comments regarding safety and the walking conditions will be passed on to the supplier for review, as this is something we take very seriously.
