We have discussed your claim with your insurer and they are going to take the necessary steps to insure all claims are reviewed and settled in a timely manner. Furthermore, we apologise that we were unable to offer a courtesy campervan. Unfortunately, the infrastructure just isn’t there for us to be able to guarantee a campervan in the event of a claim so a car is normally the only guaranteed alternative.
