As stated in our terms and conditions, there is a 10% restocking fee; this fee is to cover some of the cost of an engineer checking that the equipment is in working order and making the packaging appear as new without the despatch labels.
As a gesture of goodwill , we can offer you free carriage on your next order

Good Afternoon Anthony,
Just an email to inform you that your scales have now been calibrated and dispatched today. You will receive your order tomorrow. Again please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your goods.
Your order has identified a communication problem we are experiencing with Ohaus and we are going to implement a process to try and prevent this happening to other customers in the future.
I know this does not change your experience with us and I can only say how sorry I am that we let you down on this occasion.
