Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for the problem found with your goods. To prevent damage to goods, we do not normally unwrap items in our warehouse and we rely on our suppliers to provide goods that have passed their quality inspection. Unfortunately, we were let down with your order. We arranged for the supplier's technician to visit to resolve this issue for you and I understand this was completed to your satisfaction on 5th June.
