Very good service.

I was very pleased with the storage at Roomes I ordered the furniture but was not ready for it to be delivered and they kept it for several weeks. They did not rush me at all.

I apologise for the very unsatisfactory standard of service you have had received from us. We do have systems in place to contact customers to arrange delivery of their furniture within 48 hours of receipt into our warehouse but clearly this did not happen in your case. Further, unfortunately when you checked the delivery time on 3rd October for 4th and found delivery to be scheduled for the afternoon and not the morning, we were unable to bring this forward as our vans were not in your area in the morning. In view of these circumstances we have no hesitation in refunding the £50 as requested and I will be in touch with you shortly to arrange this.
