Disappointed felt like one of those cheap big chain shops.

Quite disappointed to see in large print a poster saying an extra 5% off that day only to be told 'oh no not on that piece'. I should have read the small print but old Roomes didn't use tactics like...

I apologise for your disappointing experience with your recent purchase. The extra 5% discount applied to certain furniture brands only and we will ensure our point of sale is clearer in the future. Whilst we endeavour to retain free delivery for our customers, unfortunately there is a charge for a minimum order and we do regularly monitor costs to keep this as low as possible and in line with other furniture retailers.
