My experience of ordering a settee suite from you started okay, but went from bad to worse. I was told when ordering that it would take three to six weeks to get it, but could run into eight weeks....

We are sorry the experience you have had in dealing with our Company has fallen well below the standards you should expect from us. We were unfortunately let down by our suppliers and the 8 week lead time we were working to had elongated to 16 weeks and you should have been advised by us earlier that there was a problem. Your call did result in us contacting our distributor and speeding up the delivery to us, but it should not have been necessary for you to do this as we have systems in place for monitoring expected delivery dates from suppliers and contacting customers if there is a delay. Clearly this seems to have gone wrong with your order.

I note you have been a customer of ours for a number of years and are familiar with the service we normally offer. We apologise we were not able to uphold these standards on this occasion but hope that past dealings with us will restore your faith in the future.
