Good but delivery could have been better organised

I note from your sales order that you selected a firm tension mattress and are sorry you are currently finding this uncomfortable.It can take up to 3 months to adjust to a new bed, particularly if you had your previous bed a number of years.

It is possible for us to accept an order cancellation within 28 days of delivery into your home, however as highlighted in our terms and conditions a cancellation fee of up to 50% will be charged. This is to cover our costs as the only option for us is to dispose of beds when they are returned to us.

The option of return is still open to you, although if you are able to continue to use the bed, you may find this will become more comfortable in time.
